How it works

From cold market to signed client in four steps

You review and press send. Everything else is the engine, and you see exactly what it produces at every stage.

1

It finds who is losing

SellSEO reads the live top 20 for about 25 keyword variations, checks who is paying Google for ads, pulls twelve months of traffic history, and asks ChatGPT who it recommends. Then it scores every business on need, budget and how easily you can reach them.

  • Chains, directories and marketplaces filtered out
  • Keyword difficulty from the backlinks of the live top 10
  • Local search volume, not national vanity numbers

2

It builds the proof page

One click produces a branded page in your colours and logo. It shows their rankings against the local winner, the money they are leaving, the technical faults on their homepage, and the ChatGPT answer that names a competitor instead of them. You get an email the moment they open it.

  • Your logo and brand colour, your booking calendar
  • Live screenshot of their homepage
  • You see how long they read it for

We asked ChatGPT: "Best dentist in Austin?" "I'd recommend Austin Smile Studio and Capital Dental Group..." Northside is never named
3

It writes the email and sends it as you

SellSEO finds the owner's address, verifies it, and drafts an opener built from that business's own numbers. It sends from your own Gmail or mailbox, so replies land in your inbox and your domain carries the reputation, capped at 50 a day with human spacing.

  • Connect Gmail in one click, no app password
  • You read the first email before anything goes out
  • Follow ups stop the moment they reply or book

4

It closes with a proposal

When they answer, build the proposal from the same data they already saw. Edit it section by section, add your own, then send a hosted link they accept online. Export to PDF or DOCX if they need it for a partner.

  • Deliverables and a six and twelve month projection
  • Sections you can rewrite, reorder or add to
  • Accepted online, and the stage moves on its own

The scan is the start. What keeps a pipeline moving is everything that happens around it, and all of it lives in one workspace.

Follow ups that stop the moment they answer

Enrol a list once. Each step argues from a different proof point instead of nudging, and the whole sequence cancels itself the second a reply or a booking arrives.

The signals

Six openings that get an owner to reply

Each signal converts to a number you can put in your first line. That is the difference between an email that gets deleted and a call in the diary.

Buys ads, ranks nowhere

They pay Google every day and sit outside the top 20 organically. They have already proven they spend money to get customers.

One position from the money

Sitting at 4 to 15 on keywords people actually search. Close enough that a win arrives in weeks, not a year.

Traffic sliding

Organic visits down over six months and still falling. Pain the owner can already feel in the diary.

Invisible when AI answers

ChatGPT names two competitors and never them. The most uncomfortable slide you can put in front of a founder.

Homepage basics missing

No title, no schema, broken mobile. Same-week fixes that prove competence before the retainer question.

All of it priced

Every signal becomes dollars per month, so your opening line is a number they can check, not an opinion.

Pricing

One client covers a year of it

Questions

The things people ask first

Where does the data come from?

Live search results, Google Ads transparency data, twelve months of traffic history, backlink authority for the sites currently ranking, and a direct probe of what AI assistants recommend in that market. Nothing is scraped from a stale directory.

Does it send email for me?

It sends from your mailbox, not ours, so replies come back to you and your own domain reputation carries the mail. Connect Gmail in one click, or any SMTP provider. Sending is capped at 50 a day with human spacing between messages.

Can it read my inbox?

No. We ask Google for permission to send and nothing else. We cannot open, search or delete anything in your mailbox, and we never request the scopes that would allow it.

What does a scan actually cost?

One credit per two businesses scored, with a five credit minimum. An uncapped scan usually finds 35 to 40 businesses, so 18 to 20 credits. Set a limit and you know the ceiling before you start.

Do the audit pages carry my brand?

Yes. Your logo, your colour, your booking calendar, on your own link. Nothing on the page mentions SellSEO.

What if a scan finds nothing worth pitching?

You are only charged for businesses actually scored, plus the five credit minimum. A market where everyone already ranks well is a cheap answer, and a useful one.

Your next client is already losing money

Run one scan on your own niche tonight and see who in your city is bleeding search traffic. If the audit pages do not impress you, you have spent nothing.
